Lacto-Fermented Red & Green Jalapeño Relish

Green & Red Jalapeño Pepper sourced from Weaver’s Way Farm in Manyunk. In Philly they call it a Hogie, in New York a Sub, in Connecticut a Grinder, whatever you call it, this is the stuff to make a great sandwich.  Also great for salad dressing or z'hug and harissa.
